Paul Perdue, the likeable – and somewhat mischievous – founder of Perdue Vision, isn’t an "About Us" page kind of person. He’s more of a “word” guy. As in, You: “Those argyle Chucks you’re rockin’ are insane.” Paul: “Word.”

"Word" can also be denoted as the shortened form of the more important phrase, "my word is my bond." The longer phrase was shortened to "word is bond," before eventually becoming just "word." So, while it remains an entirely suitable acknowledgement of one’s remarks, it’s real meaning is "truth," or "to speak the truth.”
